An Old Victorian Building in serious need for a building TLC
This Victorian Building had been neglected for a considerable length of time. And as with all neglected buildings, its structural integrity was in desperate need for an overhaul. We were contacted by Haringey Council to make a detailed structural analysis and appraisal for the building. On completion of the analysis, we ascertained that both the internal structure and the entire roof needed to be replaced completely for the building to be safe and secure.
The internal walls especially those functioning as load bearers were given special attention. As you can see from the sample pictures above a full pitched roof was created supported with a new reinforced roof structure. We then supplemented the interior of the building with more decorative and refurbishment work.
